Former Employee Sues the State Revenue Committee with Specific Demands

According to the newspaper 'Joghovurd', former deputy head of the Information and Risk Analysis Department of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia, Arman Kirakosyan, has filed a lawsuit against the Committee. He demands the annulment of the Committee's order dated January 17, 2020, and as a legal consequence, he seeks to be reinstated to his position as deputy head of the Information and Risk Analysis Department.

Additionally, he has requested the collection of his unreceived salary for the entire period of enforced inactivity, calculated at the average salary level.
