Two Police Officers Stabbed at Hayuhi Square in Gyumri

An emergency incident has occurred in Shirak province, according to reports by Shamshyan.com.

According to sources, police officers were on duty in the context of the state of emergency declared in the country when they attempted to identify two citizens in Gyumri, at Hayuhi Square. The individuals began to argue with the police officers without any justification, during which one of them stabbed one officer from the traffic police and another police officer.

Fortunately, due to the rapid and correct actions of the officers, it was possible to neutralize the armed citizen, who has been taken into custody by the Kumayri police station.
