Mr. Marutyan, save your cheap remarks for your future activities after the mayor's office. Khajakyan

The previous post I made, which was about the initiative of the Tbilisi Mayor, upset the Mayor of Yerevan. Instead of explaining why he does not personally monitor the ongoing work, he questions why an opposition figure is posting at the same time as an employee of one of the websites. This was noted in a Facebook post by Davit Khajakyan, the leader of the 'Lus' faction in the Yerevan City Council.

He wrote: 'Mr. Marutyan, save your cheap remarks for your future activities after the mayor's office, and don't exploit your spokesperson so much. You have a place to leave, and let’s just say, his professional circles are not very pleased with his collaboration. Later, he will have job-related issues. If you responded to city problems with the same urgency as you do to Facebook statuses, then perhaps our residents would have a few less troubles today.'

P.S. After several days of periodic calls from me, I received a return call from the hot line today. Thank you.'
