Movement Restrictions to Be Implemented in Artsakh

The Information Headquarters of Artsakh reports: “As you know, by the decree of the President, a state of emergency has been declared throughout the Republic of Artsakh from April 12 of this year at 22:00 until May 12 at 22:00. Due to this situation, movement restrictions will be in place, which will require the completion of special forms (in this case, the movement restrictions apply to the communities where the restrictions have been introduced). We are providing you with samples for the completion of those forms.”
