SSS Arrests Head, Deputy, and Operative Officer of Davitashen Police Department

According to Araratnews.am, searches were conducted in the offices of the head, informant, and operative officer of the Davitashen division of the Yerevan Police as part of a criminal case.

Reports indicate that they have been arrested for accepting bribes.

As previously reported, several employees of the National Security Service visited one of the territorial units of the Yerevan Police, where staff movements were halted by the NSS agents. The NSS officers did not allow the head of the police division, the deputy, and the senior operative of the criminal investigation group to leave the police station.
