Self-Isolation Regime Established for All Residents of Mirik Village in Artsakh
A self-isolation regime has been established for all residents of Mirik village in Artsakh due to a confirmed case of coronavirus infection.
According to information from Armenpress, this was announced by the State Minister of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, during a press conference on April 7.
“Considering the fact that there are only 40 families living in the village, we have decided to impose a self-isolation regime for all residents in order to prevent the spread of the infection as much as possible,” said the state minister.
The first case of coronavirus infection in Artsakh was confirmed on April 7. The resident of Mirik village had returned to Artsakh from Armenia. Seventeen individuals who were in contact with him have been quarantined.
