Armenia Airlines Cancels All Flights Until April 30

Armenia Airlines has announced the cancellation of all flights until April 30, as a measure to prevent the spread of the new type of coronavirus. This was stated by Gevorg Khachatryan, the deputy director of Armenia Airlines, on his Facebook page.

“Dear colleagues, Armenia Airlines is canceling all flights until April 30, inclusive. All passengers will be offered vouchers corresponding to the ticket price,” Khachatryan noted.

Previously, the airline had canceled all flights until April 16. Regarding the EASA inspections, Gevorg Khachatryan informed that they are currently engaged in active discussions with the Civil Aviation Committee to find solutions to the created situation.

“Armenia Airlines received its TCO certificate back in the beginning of last year, which confirms that our airline complies with the aviation safety standards set by the EU,” he wrote.
