VIDEO: Working Massage Parlor in Central Yerevan Awaits Arrival of Police, Avet Poghosyan

The head of the Central Administrative District, Avet Poghosyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Some clearly do not realize the seriousness of the situation. After so many warnings, there are still people operating massage parlors under emergency conditions. How else can we explain that human lives are at stake? They will be held to the strictest accountability."
