As of 11:00 AM, 26,037 Voters Have Participated in Artsakh Elections
According to the official website of the Central Electoral Commission of Artsakh, based on data received from the territorial electoral commissions, as of 11:00 AM, a total of 26,037 voters have participated in the nationwide elections in Artsakh, which constitutes 24.9 percent of the voters.
Voter data will be updated every three hours—at 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 9:00 PM.
