Two My Step Alliance MPs Test Positive, Panic Erupts in Parliament: 'Hraparak'

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'After testing the National Assembly delegation heading to Artsakh, rumors spread that the test results for two My Step Alliance MPs were positive, causing panic among the MPs.

After that, a group of MPs from the Prosperous Armenia Party rushed to the 'Nairi' Medical Center to undergo coronavirus testing. In the hospital lobby, they saw Shake Isayan, Naira Zohrabyan, Arthur Grigoryan, and Karine Poghosyan. Zohrabyan later published her test result on Facebook. All their tests were negative.

As for the two infected individuals, Ararat Mirzoyan announced during the day that they had taken a second test, and the results were negative.

It is noteworthy that the National Assembly delegation sent to observe the elections in Artsakh was led not by the Chairman of the Armenia-Artsakh Inter-Parliamentary Commission Ararat Mirzoyan but by the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan. The two MPs, whose first tests were positive, have been removed from the delegation.' More details can be found in today’s issue of the newspaper.
