Car Runs Over Spectators Watching Parade in Germany, Injuries Reported

A car has plowed into a crowd of spectators watching a parade in the town of Volkmarzen, Germany. The incident occurred at around 14:30 local time. According to preliminary reports, 10 to 15 people were injured, including children.

Emergency services and police are currently on the scene. According to DW, the driver of the vehicle has been arrested. It remains unclear whether the driver intentionally ran over the crowd or if it was an accident.
