Yerevan Auctioning 11 Land Parcels with Starting Prices from 1.6 to 30 Million Drams
The commission for organizing and conducting public auctions of state and community properties of the Yerevan municipality announced a closed classical auction for 11 land parcels considered community property.
The parcels being auctioned are located in the administrative areas of Ajapnyak, Avan, Arabkir, Davtashen, Kentron, Nubarashen, and Malatia-Sebastia. Among them, 6 are designated for residential development, while 5 are intended for public development.
The cheapest parcel is in Arabkir (1.6 million drams), and the most expensive is in Kentron (30 million drams).
The official website of the municipality presents the starting prices of the parcels, their purpose (public or residential development), and their sizes. The auction is set to take place on March 19, 2020.
