No buyers have come forward for the Golden Palace Hotel in Tsaghkadzor, and the upcoming auction will not take place. This was announced to the media by the Head of the State Property Management Committee, Narek Babayan.

The government had decided to organize three auctions over six months, and the matter will be discussed further if the three auctions do not occur.

It is worth noting that following the donation of the Golden Palace to the state, the proceedings against the former head of the Customs Service, Armen Avetisyan, have been terminated.
