One Person Under Observation in Turkey Due to Suspected Coronavirus

A suspected case of coronavirus has been reported in the city of Rize, Turkey. This was reported by Ermenihaber.

According to the source, a citizen who traveled from Turkey to Thailand and returned has sought medical attention at a Rize hospital, presenting symptoms of high fever and cough. For safety reasons, doctors have isolated the patient within the hospital. Samples taken from the individual have been sent to Ankara for examination.

The patient returned with his family from Thailand ten days ago. His overall condition has been assessed as good. No flu-like symptoms have been reported in the patient's wife and children.
