99 Cases of Coronavirus Detected on Diamond Princess
99 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected on the Diamond Princess cruise ship, which is currently quarantined at the port of Yokohama, Japan. This was reported by the NHK television channel.
The quarantine was imposed after a passenger on the ship tested positive for the new type of coronavirus earlier in February. The total number of infected individuals among the ship's passengers and crew has now reached 355.
As of now, there is no information regarding the nationality of the infected individuals.
