Putin and Zelensky Have Held a Phone Conversation

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has held a phone conversation with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. This was announced on February 14 by the press service of the Ukrainian President.

According to the statement, the parties discussed the implementation of the agreements reached during the Normandy Summit held in Paris on December 9, 2019, as well as the preparation for the next meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Four.
