Aghajanyan Addresses Again the Accommodation Costs of Pashinyan and His Delegation to Germany

The Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Armenia, Eduard Aghajanyan, has once again addressed the accommodation costs for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his delegation who are currently in Germany, on his Facebook page.

"In addition to my post yesterday, it turns out that the text of the denial was not sufficient for those spreading misinformation, and this time they have referred to the Prime Minister's relevant decision (attached), claiming to have found 'irrefutable' proof that I am misleading the public by asserting that the accommodation expenses of the delegation are entirely covered by the inviting side. I am compelled to clarify again here. The issue is that the Prime Minister's visit is not limited to Berlin. As part of this visit, the delegation is expected to participate in the Munich Security Conference, during which the Armenian side will cover the accommodation expenses. Therefore, the decision states that funds will be allocated from the respective budget line according to the expenditures incurred, without distinguishing between the accommodation costs in Berlin and Munich. Perhaps that is enough for now.

P.S. By the way, the mentioned hotel employee has been dismissed for demonstrating unprofessional behavior. I believe those who spread such misinformation should also have their sponsors removed for such sloppy and cheap manipulations. The turn of the sponsors will also come," Aghajanyan wrote.

It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister departed for the Federal Republic of Germany on a working visit yesterday. Eduard Aghajanyan had informed on his Facebook page that the accommodation expenses for the Prime Minister and the members of the delegation in Germany are fully covered by the German side.
