David Tonoyan Observes Preparatory Course of '1991 Unit' Program

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, David Tonoyan, attended the preparatory course of the '1991 Unit' program initiated by the Ministry of Defense and the Science and Technology Foundation of Armenia on February 8.

As reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense, David Tonoyan monitored the organization of the course, engaged in discussions with the teaching staff on key issues, and answered questions posed by the participants of the course.
