Scoring System to be Implemented in Ministry of Emergency Situations to Reward Good Employees: Tsolakyan

On February 5, Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan announced during a press conference that a scoring system will be implemented within the ministry to reward good employees.

“10 employees received a bonus of 500,000 drams. Such a thing has never happened in our ministry. We have set this up so that it is clear that the working employee will receive, while those who do not work will not. Many believe that the bonus fund should be distributed equally among all employees. But that is not the case. Through the bonus fund, we need to distinguish between employees who work and those who do not,” Tsolakyan stated. “For example, if there are 5 people in one department, 2 are working and 3 are not. The 2 will receive more while the others will receive less. The scoring system will make it clear who is working hard and who is being rewarded more. That is the purpose of the scoring system.”
