Arthur Torosyan, Who Armed Himself and Stormed Erebuni Plaza, Has Not Yet Testified

According to the "Zhoghvorud" newspaper, Arthur Torosyan, who was detained for storming the Erebuni Plaza hotel with a weapon, has not yet testified. This was mentioned by his lawyer, Edward Aghajanyan, in a conversation with the newspaper, adding that a psychiatric forensic examination has been appointed for Torosyan.

“Until the conclusion arrives, we will refrain from planning any investigative actions, as it is unclear how to treat those testimonies until a conclusion is given,” Aghajanyan said.

It is also noted that, according to the lawyer, there is currently no information indicating that Torosyan has been registered at any psychiatric center. Previously, lawyer Aghajanyan stated that he had seen Arthur Torosyan two days ago when he was brought to court regarding the issue of the forensic psychiatric examination, and Torosyan did not say anything to the court.

Recall that on January 23, around 14:40, the Armenian police received a report that a man had armed himself and stormed the Erebuni Plaza hotel, firing his weapon and demanding to know the location of Robert Kocharyan's office, as he wanted to meet with Viktor Soghomonyan.
