The deceased conscript Vahram Avagyan and the defendant in the case, Davit Movsisyan, had no previous incidents between them, according to Movsisyan's lawyer, Gor Gevorgyan, in a conversation with ArmDaily.am. “They served in the same place and had normal relations as colleagues,” said the lawyer.
