Together We Can Save Lives: 3000 Join Anna Hakobyan's Initiated Flashmob

The wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Anna Hakobyan, who is also the chairperson of the boards of trustees of the "My Step" and "City of Smile" charitable foundations, initiated a Facebook flashmob entitled "Together We Can Save Lives" on February 4, coinciding with International Cancer Day. More than 3000 people joined the flashmob. Participants shared photos alongside images of children with cancer who benefit from the City of Smile foundation on their Facebook pages. Among those who joined the initiative were Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan, Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arayik Harutyunyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Suren Papikyan, Chairman of the State Property Management Committee Narek Babayan, Head of the Migration Service Armen Ghazaryan, Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan, Mayor of Ejmiadzin Diana Gasparyan, Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan, Vice Speaker Alen Simonyan, members of parliament, Rector of Yerevan State Medical University Armen Muradyan, actors from the Gabriel Sundukyan National Academic Theater, Sos Sargsyan National Theater, Yerevan Chamber Theater, the ballet group of the Alexander Spendiarian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, the Armenian State Dance Ensemble, the Honored Collective "Friendship of Armenian Dance Art" State Ensemble, FC BKMA, veterans with disabilities from the Homeland Defender Rehabilitation Center, doctors, singers, songwriters, designers, representatives of the show business, presenters, individuals actively involved in various sectors of society, students, and hundreds of citizens.
