Russia Sends Military Aircraft to China for Citizen Evacuation

The Russian government has dispatched military aircraft to evacuate its citizens from China, as reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The first aircraft of the Russian Air Force has already departed from a Russian airfield and is headed to Wuhan.

The ministry specified that the plane is carrying military doctors and epidemiologists operating under the Defense Ministry, who have departed equipped with protective gear, medications, and diagnostic equipment.

It is worth noting that the number of fatalities from the coronavirus has surpassed 400, while infections have exceeded 20,000.
