Let’s Do Everything Every Day to Strengthen Our Armenia, Not for the Thieves Hovering Over the Manhole. Alan Simonian

For decades, a criminal subculture has been instilled and developed among the people. This was stated by the Vice President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, on his Facebook page.

“For years, this subculture has been developed to serve their interests, to give birth to a hundred-headed wolf that will forge elections, solve issues, and replace the state and law in Armenia when needed. The idea has been sown among people that the good guy is not the hard-working one but the one looking for money, that the good guy is not the one studying, but the one hovering over the street, that the good guy is neither the scientist, the teacher, the doctor, nor the athlete, but the one who solves issues through power and fear. That the truth is not the state’s laws, where a person, a citizen should be protected and everyone is equal, but the criminal law, where the strong one is right, and the more cunning one wins. These and many other examples of our lives are artificially rooted false values that today often lead to many negative phenomena, harming and weakening Armenia. This is also the main reason for non-statutory relations in the army, resulting in the loss of our children.

Let’s understand this, remember and do everything every day to strengthen our Armenia, not for the thieves hovering over the manhole in that territory. Together, we can still prevent many misfortunes. I express my condolences to the relatives of the fallen soldier,” he noted.
