Mkhitaryan Hopes to Return to the Field Next Week

Henrikh Mkhitaryan, midfielder of the Armenian national football team and AS Roma, hopes to rejoin his team next week. The player expressed his desire to help his team with goals.

“I hope to return next week after the match against Sassuolo. I want to score goals. Unfortunately, injuries are a setback, but I hope to be with Roma in the second half of the season,” Mkhitaryan said.

The Serie A match against Sassuolo is scheduled for February 1. It is worth recalling that the 31-year-old player suffered a left thigh injury during the match against Torino on January 5, in round 18. It was noted that recovery would take at least a month.
