‘Hay Zhamanak’: Narek Sargsyan and his abducted ‘victim’ meet at the NSS

‘Hay Zhamanak’ reports that the National Security Service has begun active investigative actions regarding Narek Sargsyan, the nephew of Armenia's third President Serzh Sargsyan, and the abduction case involving him.

According to our sources, the NSS recently organized a confrontation between Narek Sargsyan and the abducted individual, Aram. Initially, the first statement was made by Aram, who testified against Narek Sargsyan, detailing what happened to him and specifically what actions Narek took. Aram began recounting that he had wanted to open a club, but was denied permission, beaten, and had various parts of his body set on fire with an aerosol can, causing injuries, along with other details.

The pre-investigation body listened to him for a considerable time and announced that the term for the confrontation had expired, indicating that another date would be set to hear Narek Sargsyan's statements as well. According to the information we received, Narek Sargsyan did not utter a word while listening to the statements made about him during the confrontation.

Additionally, it’s noteworthy that three of Narek Sargsyan’s bodyguards are currently facing charges in court for their involvement in the abduction and violence.
