Young Man Killed During Clarifications Over Car Horn Incident
The investigative department of the Lori regional office of the RA Investigative Committee has completed the pre-investigation of a case regarding the deliberate infliction of serious harm to the health of a 25-year-old man. Charges have been filed against a 52-year-old man.

According to the data obtained during the investigation, on November 4, 2019, around 17:00, a resident of Lori province, born in 1968, met with a 25-year-old resident of the same province to demand clarifications regarding a car horn used by the younger man. This meeting took place in the village of Pambak, where a dispute erupted. During the altercation, the 52-year-old man stabbed the 25-year-old with a knife, causing life-threatening injuries.
Based on the combination of evidence obtained, the resident of Lori province, born in 1968, has been charged under part 1 of Article 112 of the RA Criminal Code. A signature was selected as a preventive measure to ensure he does not flee.
The conclusion of the pre-investigation has been announced, and the criminal case has been sent to the prosecutor responsible for overseeing the legality of the pre-investigation, along with a motion to confirm the accusatory conclusion and forward it to court.
