Video: Hrayr Tovmasyan is Crying Near Kutoyan's Apartment
The president of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, is seen on Paruyr Sevak Street in Yerevan. In the footage, he is standing in the yard of the building and is crying.
Earlier, we reported that the body of the former head of the NSS, Georgi Kutoyan, was discovered in one of the apartments on Paruyr Sevak Street, with a gunshot wound.
