Luis Suarez to Undergo Surgery

The Uruguayan forward of Barcelona, Luis Suarez, is set to undergo surgery.

This was reported by the Catalan club's official website. Suarez will have surgery on his right knee, which is scheduled for June 12.

The Uruguayan striker sustained the injury during the Supercopa de España match against Atlético, where Barcelona was defeated and eliminated from further competition.

So far this season, Suarez has played 23 matches for Barcelona, scoring 14 goals.
