Vardenyats Pass Closed, Sotk-Karvachar Difficult to Traverse

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of January 9 at 23:30, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers and is difficult to navigate for other vehicles.

The Sotk-Karvachar road is difficult to navigate for trucks.

According to information received from Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
