Live: The trial of Robert Kocharyan continues

The trial of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, continues after a long recess. As previously reported, the recess was due to Judge Anna Danibekyan's vacation.

Kocharyan's lawyers had earlier appealed the court's decision to deny the bail request. The appellate court, represented by Judge Lusine Abgaryan, upheld the first instance court's decision on December 20.

It became known the day before that Kocharyan's lawyers have appealed this decision to the Court of Cassation.
