Court of Appeals Accepts Kotayk Region Governor's Complaint

Kotayk region governor Romanos Petrosyan wrote on his Facebook page: "On October 22, 2019, I submitted a complaint to the Administrative Court of Armenia against the head of the Kasakh community in the Kotayk region, demanding the annulment of the minutes of the regular session of the community council dated October 7, 2019 (regarding the premature termination of the powers of the members of the Kasakh community council). The Administrative Court of Armenia did not accept the complaint for consideration and decided on October 30, 2019, to return the complaint. I filed an appeal against this decision to the Court of Appeals of Armenia. On November 22, 2019, the Court of Appeals of Armenia decided to accept my appeal against the Administrative Court's decision on 'Returning the Complaint' dated October 30, 2019 for consideration."
