According to the newspaper "Zhamanak", Rubén Tatulian, known as Robson, who is considered a criminal authority in Sochi, wishes to meet with a representative of the Armenian government regarding certain local issues.

This meeting is essential for him to demonstrate that he continues to maintain relationships with the new authorities in Armenia. Such a meeting would grant him legitimacy in resolving issues concerning the Armenian community in Russia.
