Arevahe Grigoryan Going to Resign from Judge Powers?
According to the newspaper "Hraparak," the gap between the government and newly elected Constitutional Court member Vahe Grigoryan is deepening. The "My Step" coalition did not take advantage of Grigoryan's proposal regarding solutions to overcome the Constitutional Court "crisis." As a result, Grigoryan is not participating in the work of the "illegitimate Constitutional Court" and is being criticized for receiving a salary of 793,000 drams and a service car without doing anything.
However, the government’s scenario to change the Constitutional Court is also not working. The newspaper reports that it is not excluded that Vahe Grigoryan may resign from his judge powers and return to private practice.
