VIDEO: Another Pickpocketing Incident Uncovered

The specialized unit of the police combating pickpocketing continues to systematically identify and apprehend pickpockets. On December 25, thanks to the professional skills of the employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Yerevan Police, another case of pickpocketing was uncovered.

Criminal investigators, acting on received information, detained a 29-year-old resident of Mamikonian Street on suspicion of theft at around 6 PM on Grigor Lusavorich Street. It was established that on the same day, around noon, he had stolen a wallet from a man's pocket on bus number 99. The suspect provided a confession, and the stolen item was recovered.
