The Charges Against Hrayr Tovmasyan's Protégé Have Changed

The charge against Norair Panosyan, the former head of the Legal Supervision Inspection of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, has been modified. This was reported to SHANTNEWS.am by the spokesperson of the Special Investigation Service, Marina Ohanyan.

Panosyan has been charged anew under Article 308, Part 2 (abuse of official powers that caused grave consequences). The Special Investigation Service has submitted a motion to the court for Panosyan's arrest.
