Prime Minister Was Preparing to Come Meet You, but After Learning You Blocked the Street, He Turned Back: Sargsyan
The assistant to the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nairi Sargsyan, responded to the protesters holding a demonstration in front of the government. Upon hearing that the participants of the protest demanded a meeting with the Prime Minister, he stated: "The Prime Minister was prepared to come and meet you, but upon learning that you blocked the street and resorted to this action, he turned back. I am ready to listen to you."
The relatives of a fallen soldier refused to reach a consensus and demanded a prompt meeting with the Prime Minister. In response, the participants of the protest announced that they have contacted their other relatives and are preparing to block the railway as well.
It should be noted that the relatives of Arthur Ajamyans, who was killed in the army 26 days ago, are holding a protest in front of the government today. They blocked the road demanding a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The participants of the protest emphasize that Arthur died 26 days ago, but they still do not know the circumstances of his death and therefore demand clarity on those circumstances.
