Anahit Bakhshyan on the October 27 Case
Former MP Anahit Bakhshyan, widow of Yuri Bakhshyan who was killed on October 27, announced through a Facebook post that the case regarding the events of October 27 will be reopened.
“Dear people, I inform you that today I received a response to my complaint against the December 18, 2019 decision of the Republic of Armenia's Prosecutor General to terminate the criminal case regarding October 27. The response has been granted based on the well-founded 37-page complaint of my lawyer Zarouhi Mejlumyan. This means that the case concerning the organizers and sponsors of the terrorism committed against the state of Armenia on October 27 will be reviewed again. In other words, this means that the Republic of Armenia will act as a victim in this state terrorism and will do everything to uncover the enemies of our state, whether they are from within or from abroad. We will closely monitor the process,” she wrote.
