«Zhamanak». Case Against Judge Threatening Emergency Workers with Weapon Closed

«Zhamanak» newspaper reports: On October 26 of this year, Administrative Court Judge Arthur Ayvazyan, who threatened emergency workers with a weapon after failing to yield the road, continues to carry out justice without interruption. Furthermore, 40 new cases have been assigned to him.

The Special Investigative Service informed «Zhamanak» that the case against the judge was closed due to lack of criminal composition.

It is worth noting that the judge is the husband of the sister of former NSS director Gevorg Kutoyan, and also a mentee of the Supreme Court President Ervand Khundkaryan.
