Zeitung: Lieutenant General Collaborates with Vanetsyan

The newspaper 'Zeitung' reports that former NSS director Arthur Vanetsyan is actively collaborating with the head of the Armenian National Defense Research University, Lieutenant General Haik Kotanjyan. The latter has consistently presented himself as a non-political figure, engaged primarily in scientific and analytical activities. However, it is possible that under the new political circumstances, Kotanjyan has decided to change his preferences and actively engage in politics.
