Who are the Donors of the First Fundraising Event of the 'My Step' Foundation?
The 'My Step' Foundation, led by the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Anna Hakobyan, has published the list of donors from the gala dinner held on December 14 at the 'Dvin' Hotel. A total of 84 donors contributed to the event.
The largest donor is the 'Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine', which donated 200 million AMD to the foundation. The second-largest donor is the 'Vitaly Grigoryants' Foundation, which contributed 150 million AMD. The third major donor is George Baghumyan, who donated 200,000 USD to the foundation. Other substantial donors include 'Corporation America' and philanthropist Gabriel Chenberjyan, who each donated 100,000 USD to the 'My Step' Foundation.
An additional 42 million 300 thousand AMD was raised through an auction held during the evening. 'Yukom' donated 15 million AMD, and 'Decora-Group' LLC contributed 10 million AMD. Businessman Samvel Aleksanyan's daughter, Lusine Aleksanyan, also donated 10 million AMD.
The list of major donors also includes 'Fondation Armenia' with 18,000 USD, 'Electric Networks of Armenia' LLC with 7 million AMD, 'SAS Group' with 5 million AMD, 'Armswissbank' LLC with 5 million AMD, 'ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK' LLC with 2.5 million AMD, 'Rostelecom Armenia' with 2 million AMD, 'Hokhanyan International' LLC with 1 million AMD, and 'MAP' LLC with 1 million AMD.
On December 14, the first fundraising evening of the 'My Step' Foundation was held at the 'Dvin' Hotel in Yerevan. The entire team of the foundation is extremely excited about the promise of over 700 million AMD in donations, which will soon be doubled by the foundation's friend and benefactor, Kristin Simon, who announced this through a video message to the evening's attendees.
Thus, the total amount raised during the evening is expected to reach 1.4 billion AMD, as stated in the foundation's announcement.
