He emphasized that it is essentially the same regime as in the time of Serge. "Yes… excuse me, but maybe you miss Serge’s regime. That criminal, whose one brother returned 30 million, another brother fled, one nephew has escaped, another one returned 6 million… that's your Serge. Enough already, stop mentioning Serge's name," Karapetyan expressed his strong annoyance.

My question was related to Pashinyan's comments in the Security Council about the lack of a return to the status of 1986. I wanted to ask whether he mentioned the number incorrectly, implying that Nagorno-Karabakh will not have the status of a region, or if it was something else. For example, is the autonomous republic under Azerbaijani jurisdiction a different status?
