Women’s Involvement Benefits Our State and Armed Forces, Says Anna Hakobyan
Anna Hakobyan, the wife of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, shared photos on her Facebook page, stating: “It was a great honor for me to visit the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and meet with the female cadets of military educational institutions. The meeting with our armed forces' future officers was very interesting, and as I mentioned during that meeting, they are in a challenging situation because they are paving the way for hundreds of girls to follow them. They are clearing that path today; it is difficult, and no one can say that it is easy.
But for the sake of our state, for the sake of the other girls who will come, for the sake of our armed forces, since we truly believe that the more women are involved, the more benefit it will bring to our state and armed forces, you must not tire of this path, you should not falter, and you should carry all the challenges with the honor of an officer.”
