High Thermal Background to Persist in Armenia Until December 26, Warning of Elevated Fire Risk

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that high thermal conditions will continue in Armenia until December 26. The air temperature is expected to be 5-7 degrees Celsius above the climatic norm, resulting in an elevated fire risk, particularly in mountainous and foothill regions.

The ministry urges strict adherence to fire safety regulations.
