Deputy Minister of Health to be Dismissed, Succumbing to Torosyan's Protégé

The Deputy Minister of Health, Levon Hakobyan, is on the brink of losing his position. According to Hraparak.am, Minister Arsen Torosyan wants to remove Hakobyan and replace him with Acting Chief of Staff, Artyom Smbatyan.

Sources indicate that Arsen Torosyan has sent a letter to the Prime Minister requesting the dismissal of Levon Hakobyan. It has been reported that the Deputy Minister somehow learned about this and, as early as the beginning of December, attempted to stir controversy regarding his possible dismissal and the unsuitability of Artyom Smbatyan, who is Torosyan's protégé.

However, the noise created in the media did not benefit the Deputy Minister, and his dismissal is seen as a matter of hours.
