Araik Harutyunyan Appointed Commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the RA Armed Forces

By the decree of the President of Armenia, Colonel Araik Harutyunyan has been appointed the commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the RA Armed Forces. The president's decree was published moments ago on his official website.

Since July 2016, this position was held by Colonel Davit Manukyan, who, according to media reports, is the brother of Gegham Manukyan, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF).
