What Will Happen to Gas Prices After 2025

The price of natural gas imported into our country is determined by the agreement between the Government of Armenia and the Government of Russia concerning the sale and future activities of the shares of "HayRusGazard", as well as the agreement on the procedure for determining the prices of natural gas supply to Armenia between the two governments.

In 2025, it is also planned to launch the common gas market of the Eurasian Economic Union. For this purpose, the concept of forming a common gas market and its implementation program have already been adopted. An international agreement will be signed between member countries to fully implement the common market.

Will the launch of the common gas price market in 2025 lead to an increase in gas prices? This is clarified by Hakob Vardanyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure in charge of energy.
