Vahagn Harutyunyan Will Not Be Detained: Court Rejects SIS Request

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Artak Tadevosyan, has recently rejected the Special Investigative Service's (SIS) request to detain Vahagn Harutyunyan, who is involved as a defendant in the March 1 case.

The information was confirmed in a conversation with Haykakan Jamanak by the SIS. It is noteworthy that the review of the SIS's third request for Harutyunyan's detention began on December 13 and continued yesterday, after which the court retired to the deliberation room.
