VIDEO: Unknown Individuals Break Lock of Fashion Boutique

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia is conducting an investigation at the Central and Norq-Marash administrative district's investigative department regarding a group of individuals who allegedly attempted to illegally enter a fashion boutique and commit theft.

According to preliminary information, on November 2, 2019, the manager of the fashion boutique located on Saryan Street reported to the Central Police Department that between 04:00 and 05:00 AM that day, unknown individuals attempted to gain access to the boutique by damaging the lock of the entrance door with the intent to secretly steal someone else's property. However, they were unsuccessful in entering and the crime was not completed.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Central Police Department based on Articles 34-177, Part 2, Points 1 and 3 of the Criminal Code of Armenia and has been forwarded to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia for the Central and Norq-Marash administrative districts.

During the preliminary investigation, security camera footage from the vicinity of the fashion boutique was obtained and examined, revealing three individuals committing the alleged crime. Actions are being taken to ensure a comprehensive, impartial, and thorough investigation of the criminal case, with efforts focused on identifying the individuals who are believed to have committed the crime.

The public is urged to come forward if they recognize the individuals involved or have any information regarding their identities or whereabouts and report to the Central and Norq-Marash investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Yerevan.
