Deputy Chief of the Road Traffic Police, Arthur Tonoyan, has been released. This information was confirmed in a conversation with Auroranews.am by the spokesperson for the Special Investigation Service, Marina Ohanyan. She reported that the Court of Appeal has annulled the decision made by the First Instance Court to detain Tonoyan.
It is noteworthy that Deputy Chief Arthur Tonoyan was detained on November 21.
